Yes - on Budtello, Oregon's wholesale cannabis marketplace, when a farm proposes a price on a lot you open their thread in Messages and send back a counter with your own price and a note.
How to do it
- Open the farm's thread in Messages (on a phone, tap the icon at the top) and find the price card showing the pounds and price the farm proposed.
- Press Counter on the card.
- Type your price into $ per lb.
- Add a Note (optional) with any detail you want the farm to see.
- Press Send counter. The card updates to show your countered price, and the farm's original card is marked Countered.
Good to know
- If the farm accepts your counter, you may be asked whether to make it their price for the customer; you can choose Accept, not now and leave no customer price set.
- An agreed card stays in the thread as a record - there is no delete.
