On Budtello, Oregon's wholesale cannabis marketplace, a price proposal, any counter and the final agreement all stay in the same conversation under Messages.
How to do it
- Open the conversation with the buyer from your Messages list and press Propose a price.
- Type the amount into Pounds and your price into $ per lb, add a note if you like, then press Send. The conversation shows the proposed lb and price.
- If the buyer counters, open the conversation again from Messages to see their counter price and the card marked Countered.
- Press Counter yourself if you want to respond with a different $ per lb and note, then press Send counter.
- Press Accept on a counter you agree to.
- Choose Accept, not now if you don't want to set this as the buyer's price yet.
- Both sides then see the conversation marked Agreed.
Good to know
- Each proposal, counter and acceptance stays visible in that conversation as a history; there is no delete.
- On a phone the list and the conversation are separate screens, so you open the list again to see each new turn.
