Can I set an expiration date on an offer I send?

Yes. On Budtello, Oregon's wholesale cannabis marketplace, you set how long an offer stays live with a slider when you create it, running from 1 day up to no expiry at all.

How to do it

  1. Click Create offer, with your rows ticked; untick any row to leave it out
  2. Under Set your prices, set each price in Offer $/lb — type it, or click −$25 or +$25
  3. Optional: under Who it's for, type the Customer and a Note
  4. Under How long it's good for, move the slider — it starts at 14 days and runs from 1 day to No expiry
  5. Click Create and copy email — it shows "Sent — live now" with the link and Undo

How to send a private offer. Tick the lots for this customer. An offer is a private price, for them alone. Press Create offer. Your list price, beside the price for this customer. Move them all at once, or type any price. Who it's for, and a note they'll see. How long it's good for: fourteen days, unless you change it. Here, seven days. Press Create and copy email. It's live, with thirty seconds to undo. Paste it into Gmail; they open it with no account. The full guide is in Budtello's help pages.

Good to know

  • The date the offer ends shows under the slider, so there's no guessing
  • No expiry is an option when you don't want a deadline at all
  • Undo stops the link within 30 seconds if you need to pull the offer back
