On Budtello, Oregon's wholesale cannabis marketplace, a processor posts one request stating the pounds and max price, and sellers across the market send quotes back on it.
How to do it
- Fill in Pounds and Max price, narrowing with Type, Grow, Grade, Nose and THC if wanted, then click Post request.
- Leave Incognito ticked so sellers see "a verified buyer" instead of your name, until a seller quotes.
- Any seller sees the request under Open with its Qty and Up to / lb, clicks Quote, and sends Your price and Pounds straight to you.
- Look at the Quotes column on your request, with New marking quotes since your last visit, then open the request to see every quote - seller, strain, grade, pounds, price per lb - side by side.
Good to know
- Only you see the quotes on your request; no seller sees another seller's quote
- A seller learns who you are only once they send a quote, if Incognito is ticked
- A request runs for 14 days, and you can have 5 active at a time
