On Budtello, Oregon's wholesale cannabis marketplace, a wholesaler proposes a price on a lot and then reads the outcome straight off the card in the dispensary's thread, marked Countered, Agreed or Declined.
How to do it
- Press Propose a price in the thread with that dispensary, set the pounds and $ per lb, and Send so the card sits in both sides' Messages
- If the dispensary counters, the wholesaler's card updates to show Countered, with the dispensary's new price and note
- Press Accept on a counter to answer Accept, not now, and both sides' cards then read Agreed
- Open the same conversation from the Messages list at any time to see the current status on the card, no reply needed from either side

Move them all at once, or type any price. Who it's for, and a note they'll see. How long it's good for: fourteen days, unless you change it. Here, seven days. Press Create and copy email. - The card itself carries the status, so there is no waiting on a call-back or an email reply to learn where a price stands
- Both sides read the same card, Countered or Agreed, instead of two different accounts of the conversation
- The agreed price and weight stay on record in the thread rather than in an inbox or on a note pad
