How can an Oregon dispensary schedule a time to view flower at a farm before committing to buy?

On Budtello, Oregon's wholesale cannabis marketplace, a dispensary ticks a lot on the market, requests to see it, and picks an actual day and time for the farm to bring samples before any deal is made.

How to do it

  1. Tick a lot on the market and press Request to see
  2. Pick a day and time from the Showings (on a phone, tap the icon at the top) tab, or type one in if no showing hours are set, add a message, and press Send request
  3. The card shows Waiting on seller under You asked for until the farm answers
  4. If the farm proposes another time, the farm answers with Accept time or Other time, and the dispensary then confirms it or cancels the showing instead

How to ask a seller to show you lots. Want to see lots before you buy? Ask for a showing: the seller brings samples. Tick each lot you want to see. Then press Request to see. You get one card for each seller. In My target, type the price you hope to pay a pound. Pick a day and time, Pacific. Send request. Now it waits on the seller: forty-eight hours to accept your target, counter, or keep the list price. A price you agree is yours for seventy-five days. The full guides are in Budtello's help pages.

Good to know

  • No back-and-forth by phone or email trying to find a time that works for both sides
  • The request carries a real day and time, not a vague email with no answer
  • Either side can cancel or propose a new time without losing the thread
